Any act or omission committed by riders or agents of logistics companies is not the liability of healthmart.ph, FLUID STACK SOLUTIONS INC., its stockholders, officers, directors, employees, and agents.

Payment Gateways

healthmart.ph, FLUID STACK SOLUTIONS INC., its stockholders, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, liability, action, and damages resulting from any error, act, or omission committed by payment gateways chosen by the customer, and for any fraud or fraudulent transactions perpetrated by any person on the customer using the payment gateway used by the customer to pay for items on the Website.
