Replacements due to damaged boxes are not accepted as we note that provincial orders may expect to receive damaged boxes due to the handling of our partner couriers.
All sales are deemed final given the nature of vitamins and supplements. We do not accept returns unless there is an error on Healthmart.ph's end.
For any wrong items received, please inform us within 7 days (maximum) of receiving the items for us to fix the problem.
My box was damaged. What can I do?
Given that we are an online store, we note that customers ordering accept the risk of boxes of certain vitamins or supplements getting damaged in transit with our partner couriers. Rest assured, these are just damages to the outside box as the vitamins inside are sealed and protected via bubble wrap. Damaged boxes and seals due to transit are not considered tampering.
The picture is different from my order. What can I do?
We note that manufacturers constantly updated their product packaging or the photos online may be enhanced in terms of color. As a result, images on healthmart.ph may vary from the item received.
My gummies were damaged by heat. What can I do?
We note that ordering these products means that the customer accepts the risk of shipping out gummies-based vitamins.
While we do our best to ensure quick delivery and good packaging, we cannot control the condition of our products while in transit with our partner couriers. As such, gummies may be deformed due to heat in transit, which we cannot accept for replacement should it happen.
The seal inside my bottle was detached. What can I do?
We note that these products are sealed with plastic covering which ensure the vitamins bottles are not tampered with or opened. However, purchasing these products means customers accept the risk of some cases wherein the glue that attaches the seal inside the bottle melts due to heat while in transit. This may cause the paper seal (seen inside after opening a bottle) to detach. Items sealed with plastic, whose inside seal detaches, are not accepted for replacement.
While we do our best to ensure quick delivery and safe packaging, we cannot control the condition of our products while in transit with our partner couriers. As such, we acknowledge that there is a risk of seals located inside a product's bottle detaching while in transit due to the country's hot climate. We note that these are not products that can be considered tampered with.
